Steam Kettle cooking comes to Southern California! A new “One of a Kind” concept is now available for your enjoyment in the City of Chino Hills, CA. Our dishes have the Southern flare of Louisiana and are cooked to perfection in our individual jacketed steam kettles.

We offer such great Louisiana dishes like Gumbo, Jambalaya, Pan Roast, and awesome gulf oysters. If you have never tried steam kettle cooking you will be pleasantly surprised.
